Who do I help?

I work with anyone who needs a little assistance in passing the EPPP but I specialize in helping candidates who:

  • Have failed the EPPP one or more times already

  • Are aged 35+

  • Speak English as a second language

  • Went through non-APA accredited programs or have a Master’s only (not a Ph.D., Psy.D, or Ed.D.)

  • Have medical diagnoses that interfere with your ability to learn or make time for test prep (ex. cancer, chronic pain, ADHD, anxiety, etc)

  • Are employed full time

How long is an individal session?

Private sessions meet with me one on one for 50 minutes.  Most clients choose to book two sessions back to back for a total of 1 hour and 40 minutes.

What do we do

As psychologists, we are keenly aware that there is no “one size fits all” model for our clients.  Because of this, I tailor each session to the learning styles of each individual client.  Whether you learn best in a lecture style environment or a more hands on approach, we will work together to build the most effective learning environment for you.

 How do we meet?

Individual sessions are conducted over Skype or Zoom, and group sessions are held via Zoom.

Do you offer group sessions?

I do!  Group sessions are held once a week on Saturdays from 12 noon to 1 PM Eastern Time.  This group is primarily lecture based and focuses on one main topic per week.  Notes and outlines are provided, and you can see a sample of some of my handouts on the “Course Materials” page.

ESL

Do you work with students who speak English as a second language?

Yes I do!  I even offer a group study session in Spanish.  Please contact me to develop a program that will suit your specific needs.  You can see feedback from some of my Spanish-speaking students under the "Testimonials" page.

What is your success rate?

I currently have a 90% pass rate for the candidates that I have taught and it’s going up every month!  In the first three years of running test prep (May 2017 to June 2020) I have helped 30 candidates pass the EPPP, most of whom had already failed the exam multiple times.

 What is your success rate?

How long will it take me to pass?

Every student is different, so I can’t guarantee that you will be ready within a certain amount of time.  Some candidates choose to meet multiple times a week and some meet only every other week.  The more time and energy you can devote to studying, the sooner you will be ready.  As soon as you are ready for the exam and I am confident you will pass, I will let you know so you can schedule it!
